Deciding your style!
We can meet to decide and write your ceremony and vows, select your music and generally set the tone for the day. I will personally write your ceremony for you or with you or just assist in some editing….whatever you would like.
Do we have a rehearsal?
Of course, we can have whatever you would wish, it’s your day! We can organise a run through of what will happen and where. Sometimes this is a great idea if you have a bigger wedding party or have small children in the bridal party. It is a great opportunity to have another look at the venue or space closer to the day as well.
How late is too late?
Arriving on the day a little late is fine, however more than 10 or 15 minutes can be a little disconcerting! Think of your guests as well, maybe in hot or cold weather, leaving you guests and family waiting may not be ideal. The other consideration is that if you start later than planned your whole day will be behind schedule, (photographers, musicians, catering and venue) unless of course you have a very good, MC/Wedding Planner to pull it all back into your time frame.
How long will the ceremony be?
A simple ceremony will usually take about 20 minutes, but depending on what you would like to have it may take longer. For instance you may like to have a reading or ritual in the ceremony. It is completely up to you and what you would like. We can discuss all the options for your day, there are literally hundreds of ideas and options available.
